Is there an Android app for parents and teachers?
Yes. AKlyx School is one Android app, free on Google Play. Parents sign in with OTP on the mobile registered at admission — no password. They see attendance, due fee months, homework and school alerts, and can switch child or school. Staff sign in with their AKlyx account to mark attendance and manage homework, with the same role permissions as the web desk.
What do parents see on a fee reminder?
Only the unpaid months — for example “Fee is due for Apr, May.” The amount is never included in the push. Parents already see dues inside the Fees tab of the app.
How does Aklyx handle user communication and email notifications?
Aklyx strictly sends double-opt-in transactional emails requested directly by active users. This includes secure system authentication OTPs, fee receipts, and critical student registration alerts. We strictly adhere to anti-spam laws, maintain absolute compliance with verified DKIM/SPF domains, and never send promotional or marketing spam to our users, parents, or institutional staff.
